Competencies:
- Managing of the company’s day to day functioning of the Accounting and Tax functions in compliance with the Government
- Responsible to accurate record as well to make a decision related to company ledger and ensure the compliance with applicable regulatory.
- Interface with the internal and external auditors as focal points for efficient management of the Statutory, Tax & Internal Audits as part of Corporate Governance.
- Responsible for preparation of Monthly and Annual Accounts and Finalization of Accounts of Companies, preparation of Consolidated Accounts for the Company and all Tax Compliance.
- Monitor and control the costs and expenses disbursement and provide recommendations to increase cost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects.

Persyaratan & Kualifikasi
Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelor degree from a reputable university with major in Accountancy or equivalents.
2. At least 5-6 year(s) of relevant cumulative working experience in accounting role (having experience in retail industries will be preferably prior experience in Big 4 (PW, Deloitte, EY, KPMG) is an advantage.

Technical/Analytical skills:
- Very familiar with accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
- Proven knowledge in Taxation.
- Computer literacy and good command of English
- Prior exposure to SAP software will be preferably
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, analytical, organized and thorough with the desire for continuous improvement.
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines, with excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Demonstrates effective leadership, motivation, and team work in a dynamic, multi-cultural business environment.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
