- Develop store planogram including analysis for regular and promotional display. - Prepare merchandising plan based on store layout for new stores and renovation stores. - Do interdependent partnering with Supply Chain team to make sure stock for display is in accordance with planogram requirements. - Manage min-max for each SKU to optimize the stock level and avoid out of stock. - Work closely with Projects team and Suppliers in fulfilment of display units (back wall display, acrylic display, etc).
Persyaratan & Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years’ working experiences including minimum 2 years’ experience in retail industry or FMCG. - Strong understanding in planogram from concept to implementation. - Strong analytical and logical thinking skill. Attention to details is a must. - Have a strategic view mindset. - Good communication skills both in English and Bahasa. - Able to manage complexity with good priority setting and project management. - A strong team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
