Scope of responsibilities are : - Providing legal advice and ensuring that Company’ s business activities/ operations are in compliance with the prevailing laws and regulations - Evaluating and examining new business partnership with suppliers, vendors and any other third parties. - Actively updating the Company with the new laws and regulations which might affect company’s business operation - Providing guidance to the management on regulatory and compliance issues to avoid any possible legal risks and violations. - Other assignment related with legal matters
Persyaratan & Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Law Degree from a reputable University ( Master degree is preferred ) - Minimum has 3 years’ working experience in handling corporate law in the industry - Good communication skills, both in Bahasa and English )
