· Giving responses to any comment, messages through Social Media Platform (Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, TikTok)
· Compiling Customer data of Online Activities Winner (Name, Phone Number, Address)
· Follow up the fulfillment of documents/agreement/data submitted from Influencers and Giveaway Winners / Customers
· Compile monthly report on Customers Feedbacks and Complain through Social Media
· Help to Upload/edited Daily Creative Content and Campaigns Programs through Social Media Platform (Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, TikTok)
· Implement the customer survey satisfaction and customer engagement activities

Persyaratan & Kualifikasi
Qualifications:
· Female, aged 20 – 25 yo
· Active users of Social Media Platform (Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, and TikTok) - All account must open for public
· D3/Bachelor degree in any field is required; have 1 year experience in running social media business account is a plus,
· Creative, curious, good listener, confident, good communication skill, attention to detail
· Have good sense of humor
· Have experience using Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads, You Tube Ads, TikTok Ads, and customer engagement
