Requirements: - Have a bachelor degree - any discipline from a reputable University. - Minimum 5 years successful leadership role in consumer marketing , preferably in a healthcare company or a big retail chain ( pharmacy or grocery ).
Technical Competencies ( Advanced Level )
- Generates insight, develop concept from the insight, establish a communication plan and put it on effective commercial - Deep understanding of consumer and shopper behavior - Gross to Net concept, and how marketing and influence it - Promotion management for different channels - Fully understand key drivers and behavior of different media platform ( Media management ).
Management Competencies
- Inspire, and rally the team to achieve common objective ( s ) - Direct, open and honest discussion - Develop and nurture the team - Agile with changes, comfortable in a VUCA environment
